News-ance is a series of stylistic editorial illustrations created based on real newspaper headlines.  These illustrations visualise the content in a parodied form or illustrate events that simply come off as ridiculous.

A restricted colour palette is used with a largely blue palette to make the colours more controlled and continue to bring the focus to the main subject matter of the illustration rather than the details of it.
